We aim to make your visit to Germany as hassle free as possible and that you will come home happy. How do we make you visit a fresh new experience?
We help you make:
- Travel arrangements in cooperation with travel agencies, airlines and your local trade associations
- We have travel agents who specialize in business travel packages to trade fairs. They have tourist class or 5-star accommodation. They also provide local transfer and book your onward business trip to other countries and cities after the fair
- Group travel for your association
We sell:
Entrance tickets:
- Visitor needs a Ticket to enter the fairground. You could purchase a Day-Ticket or a Season-Ticket at an Advance Purchase Price (usually cheaper than Box Office prices) from our office.
- You need only pay in Malaysian Ringgit.
- Visitors are advised to buy the tickets in advance as the ticket also enables you to travel on the local underground/buses in the City upon arrival free of charge - conditions apply.
Catalogues
The Exhibitor Catalogue is usually available at our office 2 weeks before the fair begins.
- An important tool for preparing a successful visit to an exhibition
- A Directory of the world's leading companies for that particular industry
We supply:
- Detailed Brochures on the exhibition and fairground
- Congress programme (where applicable)
- City Map and Tram/underground maps of city of Düsseldorf, Frankfurt and Hannover
